StrideFLOW (Vinyasa Yoga)

Vinyasa means 'breath led movement'...These vinyasa classes move at a smooth & steady pace to wake-up your body and get your practice flowing. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This practice will take your body and mind through an awakening journey. Newer students find this builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive deeper into focus. You will gently engage, open and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. Vinyasa "flow" classes keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing.

STRIDE Stretch & Release (Yin yoga)

Calling all runners, spinners, constant- sitters, heavy-lifters and never-quitters. Whether you’re training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, StrideStretch&Release classes are for you. These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains. This class is a quiet contemplative practice & works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. These classes target the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs and offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

This signature class is a true blend of balance,... where strength training meets flexibility. StrideCombo classes combine the intensity of HITT with the meditative, detoxifying qualities of Yin Yoga. In these classes something truly amazing happens... With this high intensity workout, you'll push past physical boundaries with an open mind and beating heart.Turn stress into sweat, detoxifying your entire body and mind.

An active Pilates practice with emphasis on alignment and breath. It develops strength and improves coordination and balance. A consistent Pilates practitioner can gradually build strong and flexible muscles, develop control and endurance in the entire body.

Private yoga classes

Integrating yoga into your regular workout routine is beneficial on so many levels. It can help prevent injury, relax muscles, speed up the recovery from sore muscles, and work to improve your flexibility. First of all, if you’ve never done yoga before, chances are you aren’t that flexible. Don’t worry, increased flexibility comes with practice. And secondly, there is no such thing as being terrible at yoga! Similar to personal fitness trainer a private yoga teacher designs a class specific to the needs of students. These private instructions give you the opportunity to experience a class designed to your body, your abilities and your goal.

  Private yoga sessions suits you who:  

•          are a beginner and want to learn correct postures without getting intimidated or feeling nervous in a group class
•          want to deepen your practice
•          have health issues and/or injuries
•          want to develop a yoga practice that you can do at home
Furthermore, the benefits of reduced stress and increased oxygen levels (by simply breathing more efficiently) can give you an overall sense of wellbeing.
